Holly Copsey

Director

Holly launched Virtually Priceless following a successful City career, where she was the
right-hand woman to senior leaders in the financial services industry. Her background
includes the roles of EA to the Global CEO of Barclaycard and for the Chairman of Lloyds Banking Group. She is now focused on building an exceptional team to support ambitious clients and helping them to achieve their goals.

In her role as Director of Virtually Priceless, Holly supports clients as a virtual
business manager and leads a team of exceptional virtual assistants who support executives in a wide range of roles.

Holly brings a wealth of experience and provides strategic advice to clients, often becoming a highly trusted partner in their businesses. She is adept in dealing with a range of influential stakeholders and understands how to manage senior relationships effectively.

She is particularly passionate about supporting business owners through periods of rapid growth and strives to provide excellence and flexibility to clients. Holly has a degree in Business Studies and a Pitman Executive PA qualification.

When she’s not looking after clients she loves spending time at the stables with her horses and two young children, hiking around the Essex countryside with her dog or working on her dream garden project.

Angelika Menrad

Angelika has over fifteen years’ experience working as an EA across many industries. She has worked for UBS, Goldman Sachs, Wellington Management, Pai Skincare and most recently the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.

Angelika is bilingual in German and English. She is incredibly enthusiastic, motivated, positive and able to remain focused and clear-headed with demanding and ever-changing workloads. She has excellent communication and organisational skills, always striving to go above and beyond to achieve tasks.

Based in Northern Ireland with her husband and two boys, Angelika loves to spend time at the beach, go for a run or do yoga.

Anika Burke

Anika is a highly experienced Senior Executive Assistant with over thirteen years’ experience supporting C-Suite executives. Anika joined Virtually Priceless in 2020 following eight years at Barclays supporting several senior executives including the CFO for Barclays Service Company.

She has excellent organisational skills and is used to working in a fast-paced pressurised environment and managing a high-volume workload. Anika can adapt to each client’s requirements with meticulous attention to detail and a positive, professional ‘can do’ attitude. Anika thrives on organising, whether it be the diary, travel or lifestyle management.

When she isn’t organising others, she will likely be found running around after her young children or catching up with family and friends.

Gemma Adams

Gemma has over fourteen years’ experience as a corporate PA within the insurance and financial services sectors and has also worked within the coaching and health and wellbeing environments. She worked for Beazley Insurance for
seven years as PA to the CEO and Chairman and also holds marketing experience and qualifications.

Gemma has extensive experience in meeting the needs of clients, delivering assignments on time and to a high standard. She is accomplished in inbox and calendar management, minute taking, formatting and can anticipate a variety of requirements. Gemma is professional, resourceful and able to deal with sensitive, confidential information.

Based in Kent with two daughters, Gemma loves the outdoors and will often be found at the stables or wandering around the local apple orchards.

Jarrah Collyer

Jarrah is a highly experienced EA, having completed twelve years at Barclays supporting various senior executives across Barclaycard and the Retail Bank.

She has excellent diary management skills and thrives on working in a fast-paced environment, adapting her work to the changing priorities for the executive(s) she supports. Being a ‘go-to’ person at work is something Jarrah gets great satisfaction from, helping others and just making someone’s life that little bit easier is what she feels she was made for!

Outside of work, Jarrah’s two children keep her busy but she loves to find the time to bake cakes and treats for her family and friends as often as possible. Her cakes have given her quite the reputation in the office over the years as well!

Julie Bedson

Julie is our Business Manager supporting all aspects of HR, recruitment and general administration. Her career includes twelve years in the education industry supporting the CEO and running the HR function across a busy Multi Academy Trust. With a background in education, media publishing, training and HR, she is adept at fast-paced environments and multi-tasking.

Julie is a qualified member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and is highly skilled at all things HR.

Based in Merseyside, she has a busy family life with three young boys and enjoys live music events.

Karen Draper

Karen has 15 years of experience as an Executive Assistant and worked at Marks and Spencer in London for 9 years as an EA for the Executive Board and CEO’s Office. In 2017 she relocated back to Exeter, Devon to be nearer family. She then worked for Pennon Group (FTSE 250) for 6 years, progressing from an EA for the Executive team, to Head of the CEO’s Office, which included line management responsibility. 

Her expertise includes complex email and diary management, which has covered working across multiple time zones, detailed logistics planning (inc visa preparations) and working on company board papers and reactive media statements. Karen is also adept at managing personal administrative tasks as needed. She prides herself on her professional, but warm and engaging style, which has helped foster many long-lasting relationships. 

Outside of the working world, Karen can often be found hiking in the countryside or indulging in the many seafood restaurants available in Devon! 

Laura Green

Laura is our Finance Manager and has over thirteen years’ experience working across senior finance and PA roles in fast-paced corporate environments. She is a qualified and licensed bookkeeper and a Xero Certified Advisor and Partner.

Not only is she extremely competent from a financial perspective, but she also thrives when spinning the many plates that come with assisting busy professionals, particularly in start-up and scale up businesses. Laura has a relentless work ethic, great attention to detail and superb organisational skills.

Outside of work, Laura enjoys spending time with her young son, attending her weekly Pilates class and slowly ticking off the list of home improvements, when time allows!

Perrie Routledge

Perrie is a qualified Archivist with an MA in Archives and Records Management and nearly a decade of experience working in the NHS and local government. She began working as a VA part-time in 2020 (to scratch a creative itch) and loved it so much she made the move permanent in 2021.

A passionate learner, she has since gained several qualifications in digital marketing and web development, putting this newfound knowledge into practice over the last couple of years. She is especially interested in helping businesses increase their sales, using her skills in research and strategy to suggest more effective ways of working, as well as managing social media and marketing processes on behalf of her clients. Able to turn her hand to most things technical, Perrie also takes care of Virtually Priceless’ video content.

When not working, Perrie can be found exploring the Cumbrian countryside with her camera in hand.

Victoria Lincoln

Victoria has over two decades of experience in client-centric roles collaborating with clients across the entire business landscape, spanning from startups and independent consultants to Fortune 500 corporate giants.

Most recently specialising in Project Management, Victoria holds certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP)®, PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner and Scrum Master. She is a highly motivated and organised professional with a proven track record of leading end-to-end projects, and fostering client relationships to achieve mutually successful outcomes.

Having made the move from Essex to Devon several years ago to embrace the slower pace of life with her husband and two daughters; when Victoria is not busy learning something new and throwing herself into a course, she can be found savouring the coastal and countryside beauty there.

Victoria Potter

Victoria has a wealth of experience in senior PA and EA roles, primarily within Centrica as the EA to the CEO of British Gas. Following maternity leave, she transitioned to a career as a Virtual Assistant specialising in executive level EA support.

Victoria is resourceful, adaptable and is adept at working in a fast-paced environment. Being a self-motivated professional, she offers excellent planning, decision making and organising skills, with meticulous attention to detail and confidentiality. She is passionate about making a difference to her clients, enabling them to spend more time on what they enjoy.

Victoria is based in Berkshire, with her husband, son and daughter. She has a keen interest in interior design, enjoys socialising with friends, keeping fit and spending quality time with her family.

Victoria Savage

Victoria has been an EA for over eighteen years and transitioned to a VA role two years ago. Prior to this she supported various partners and directors at KPMG for over thirteen years.

She is passionate about helping and organising people, and really enjoys traditional PA roles such as inbox and diary management. She prides herself on her meticulous attention to detail and her ability to prioritise multiple conflicting tasks.

She is based in East Sussex, has two children, a cockapoo and loves to spend her spare time at the beach.
